Another monochromatic card I put together recently ... this was inspired by a card I saw on Splitcoast Stampers; unfortunately I can't remember which one it was :-(The background which you can just see peeping out from behind the Not Quite Navy layer is stamped with French Filigree - such a pretty background stamp!
Supplies used:
Stamp/s: Pocket Silhouettes, French Filigree
Ink: Baja Breeze
Cardstock: Baja Breeze, Not Quite Navy, Very Vanilla
Other: Eyelet Border Punch, Crimper, Beautiful Wings Embosslit, 1" Circle Punch
